ANALISIS PERAN ORGANISASI DAN INSTITUSI PEDESAAN DALAM OPTIMALISASI SUMBERDAYA PEDESAAN PADA KECAMATAN JOMBANG

Abstrak

The optimization of the role of rural organizations and institutions is a key factor in enhancing the community's capacity to manage resources, strengthening citizen participation in village development, and promoting transparency and accountability in local resource management. Moreover, the synergy between the village government, the community, and other related stakeholders serves as an essential foundation for sustainable village development. This study aims to describe and analyze the strategic role of rural organizations and institutions in optimizing resources in Jombang District, with the hope of providing constructive recommendations for improving village performance and empowerment in the future. The research methodology includes direct interviews with various relevant parties, including village organization administrators, village officials, and local communities. The results of the study indicate that rural organizations and institutions in Jombang District are still underdeveloped, leading to suboptimal resource management and community welfare. These findings emphasize the need for efforts to enhance the capacity of village organizations and institutions through training, mentoring, and strengthening collaboration among stakeholders to promote community empowerment and more effective village development.
