Abstrak

Digital marketing is an important marketing strategy to do especially in today's digital era. This article discusses the role of digital marketing in the marketing process of Crowsdenim products. The background of this research is the importance of the application of digital marketing to businesses in the marketing world that has undergone a transformation due to the rapid growth of technology. The purpose of this research is to learn more about how digital marketing contributes to the marketing process of Crowsdenim products and how it impacts the expansion of market reach and consumer purchasing decisions. The research methodology used is a case study with data collection methods including interviews and direct observation as well as analyzing related documents that can help the course of research. The results of this study show that the application of digital marketing to the Crowsdenim brand has a significant effect in expanding market reach, increasing sales, building closeness with customers, strengthening relationships with brands, and creating loyalty. In conclusion, the application of digital marketing in marketing can be an effective and efficient means for companies to reach a wider market and increase sales
