Understanding related to many learning processes is still conventional and active involvement is still lacking. This results in learning that is less interesting, less motivating, and unable to facilitate diversity in learning styles. The aim is to describe the ability to design effective and enjoyable learning. In this community service activity, a descriptive approach was used with a practice-based mentoring method. Results of community service activities Selection of learning models and strategies: 80%, Designing learning media: 82%. Designing learning activities: 78%, especially in terms of confidence and skills in learning with a score of 86%. Structured practice-based mentoring resulted in an average increase in student competence of 81% in all aspects measured. Therefore, it can be concluded that this community service activity was effective in improving their ability to design more meaningful and enjoyable learning.
