Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Ngudirejo Village, Diwek District, Jombang Regency have rich creative economic potential, spanning local processed food, handicrafts, and agricultural products. However, most MSME actors face fundamental hurdles including low digital literacy, lack of professional brand visual identity, and heavy reliance on conventional marketing channels that restrict market reach. This Community Service Program aims to educate and mentor MSME actors in Ngudirejo Village in adopting digital marketing technologies to expand market reach and enhance competitiveness. The implementation method comprised five structured stages: needs assessment and baseline survey, educational socialization, interactive technical training, intensive coaching, and evaluation & sustainability monitoring. Results revealed an 88% increase in participants' digital literacy, creation of visual brand identities for 25 partner MSMEs, setup and optimization of 25 WhatsApp Business and Instagram Business accounts, Google Maps location indexing, and adoption of QRIS digital payment systems. Post-mentoring evaluation recorded an average 32% increase in sales volume among partners within two months post-implementation. This program successfully proved effective in driving sustainable digital transformation among rural MSMEs.
